so i was 115 when my ex boyfriend broke up and i kept around that weight for a long time and i ate good..i have a new bf and im really happy with him and ive been eating sweets not a lot but also i hang out with a friend that has junk food all the time and i ate for like 3 weeks straight and i gained to 130 so how can i go back to 115 i need help..i made the tennis team so i will be exercising ..some people noticed my butt is bigger including my thighs..please help me and give me a schedule dont just say exercise and eat healthy ...thanks

If you make a few life style changes you should be able to lose 15 pounds within a month or two. This is what worked for me.

1. Eat three nutritious meals and three snacks everyday. Cut out junk food. You probably need about 1500 to 1800 calories a day.

2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses as day. Stop drinking soda.

3. Begin a simple weight lifting program at home or at a gym. Ordinary household items (tins of soup, for example) can actually serve as weights for beginners.

4. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day.

5. Record everything you eat and all your exercise to make sure you have a "calorie deficit". Two of the sites I've included will help you do that.

6. Park at the back of the parking lot instead of close to the door. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.

7. A mini stepper is an easy piece to equipment to have at home and gives great results. I bought mine at a second hand store for $4.

Honestly, i don't have a complete guide for you, but i was really concerned about my weight a while back and i found it really easy to lose a couple pounds by literally doing this. Every time you go out to eat, or eat at home, if it's a meal, eat only HALF of what is put in front of you. Put your napkin over the rest of the food so your not tempted to snack on the rest. Another thing is that, if you just ate but you feel hungry a short while later, try drinking some water instead of eating something else. It really helps. I hope you find this info useful!

First, of all you should eat fruits and vegetables in place of the junk food you normally eat. I have heard that it is always best to eat fruit than drink juice. I assume if you eat junk food you probably drink a lot of soda and juice as well so instead of drinking these beverages you should drink plenty of water. The recommended daily amount is 8 to 10 cups a day which is equivalent to 64 or 80 oz. But if you are going to drink all that water you must cut back on greasy foods and foods that are high in sodium otherwise you might end up gaining weight instead of losing weight.

It's not what you want to hear, but it is exercise and healthy eating. You are playing tennis and that's great. If you can just go back to eating the way you did, when you weighed 115, those pounds will come off. Kids your age will make those remarks, even to thin friends. I had a friend in high school who convinced me that I had a "thick waist." And it was 25 inches. I would love to go back to that same thick waist. But I went through several years worrying about my big waist. Good luck!

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Avoid all junk food, sodas, sugar. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
Your weight isn't a big problem so you don't have to do anything too drastic.
If you still have trouble, you'll find that a vegetarian diet will make you slimmer, fitter, and healthier.
