if your brother just got married and hes locked up in prison in a noghther state he was locked up when they got married. but you see hes wife with a nogther man and they are all over each other should you tell him. cause its wrong

If you tell your brother he may not believe you. Try to gather some evidence first b4 approaching your brother.
