Apologize to her. It'll make working together more comfortable, and she'll think you're sweet.

I would, maybe you could buy her some kind of afternoon snack like some cookies or something and tell her you wanted to apologize and explain to her why you laughed. If she has any class she will forgive you and you might become really good friends. I would do it in person and privately as email or voice mail can be forwarded and cause you more embarrassment if she is not a gracious person. You also might go through someone that is her friend and you know as well to help you smooth over her hurt feelings.

Please do apologize, and tell her why you laughed. It sounds as though she has a bit of an inferiority complex, or is very insecure. She needs the reassurance that you weren't laughing at her, only laughing because you were enjoying being with her at that moment. Who knows, people have met under stranger circumstances, and it's turned into a life time romance.... but don't tell her that when you apologize, or you'll scare her away for sure!

If she was sensitive about the situation, then yes, it would be proper to apologize. I think it would be nice if u told her the reason why u laughed- because she made a cute face. That should cheer her up!

You might apologize, JUST to start another conversation with her.
What you might say is--
"I think we had a misunderstanding yesterday!" Just say that and see how she responds.
Her response will let you know if you should continue.
Write me at sierrababy44 at yahoo and tell me the outcome.
How old are you btw, and what kind of work do you do?

Yes, it will make you both feel better. Just be careful not to mess up again. Maybe this time you'll both get a good laugh out of it and put the situation behind you.

Yes, I think you should explain yourself / apologize. It wouldn't hurt .. and if you have to work together, it's better to clear the air than be uncomfortable with each other. Good Luck to you!

yeah, if you like her, an apology is about the only appropriate way to start talking to her anyway. good luck! try to prepare in your head some of the reactions she might have/things she might say and figure out what you'll say based on what will give the best, most receptive reaction on her part.

IF you care about her, and IF she is willing to listen, I'd try to clear it up. you will either end up closer to her, or it will go to hell in a hand basket, freeing you up for other pursuits. So, the sooner the better.
But, remember what Oscar Wilde said about apologizing:
"Never apologize. Your friends don't need it, and your enemies won't believe you, anyway."

When it comes to women, always assume that you did something wrong, and be prepared to apologize. That doesn't mean that you did something wrong, it just means that you should consider it a possibility. Write her a note, and tell her that you just thought her expression was cute and that you didn't mean to upset her.
