Obviously you've had an orgasm before so I'm assuming that you know what physically works for you (ie: clitoral and or penatration) maybe you're not giving yourself enough time or the right enviornment. Too much stress in your life, medications, or over stimulation call all effect your orgasm experience. First take some time just to yourself. Set the mood and make sure you have plenty of time with no interuptions. Focus on what turns you on--not what necissarily brings you to an orgasm. Maybe an adult movie/magazine or simply a candle lit room with soft music. Get re-intouch with your body. many women don't realise that they have better and more fullfilling orgasms if they focus on other areas of their body first. For exmple softly stroking their breasts or inner theighs--you get the idea. Your goal here isn't to orgasm but simply to relax and pleasure your body. When your body is relaxed, and ready--then can you move on to climaxing. It's difficult to tell a partner how to make your orgasm if you don't know the best way yourself. And you may learn something new about yourself in the process. And if after a few times you're still having trouble--speak with your doctor. It could be as simple as a new medication that your taking. And remember it's not uncommon for sexualy health men and women to sometimes have a hard time-sorry no pun intended-orgasiming. Good luck!

Relax! freaking out just does harm.
Years ago I had a girlfriend with this problem. She had never had an orgasm during intercourse in the past.
"We worked together" and the problem faded away.
A glass of wine, lots of foreplay, sexy romantic talk, lots of kissing all
over,and just watch.It won't happen over night,but it will.

PS:The practice is fun so no loss!

Yes you are probably trying to hard! There are a lot of great books on the subject "my secret garden" is one of them. Try things by yourself and relax and then teach your partner. Good Luck!
I had this problem and this worked for me!
