If I had a teenage child, I wouldn't want them to visit a friend's house where drinking occurs, either. I agree with your parents.

I think you have a lot of work to do on showing your parents you are responsible. I think you better except your punishment and think about what you have done and why you are grounded. Maybe after a few months if you prove you are trustworthy, they will give you another chance.

That's something for your parents to decide. But if you broke their trust once, I'm not too surprised they hesitate to let you go to this friend's house again.

Until you can demonstrate more mature behavior, sorry, wise decision on your parents' part. Be lucky they love you enough to be firm.

that is your parents' decision because they love you and want to keep you from harm following a poor choice you made - it' is very reasonable actually - I would do the same with either my daughter or son

I think it depends on how old you are. I think the age limit should be lowered to 18! haha

Your parents are doing the right thing. Stay strong, do the right thing and DON'T DRINK AT LEAST UNTIL YOU'RE 21.

If you were my child you wouldn't be going back at all. SO that being said thank your lucky stars that your parents even care what you are doing.
