How can you condone ....
A. Releasing someone who is not safe to walk the streets.
B. Eliminating the consequences of actions.
C. Locking aperson in a cage for physical eternity.
Abortion is the destruction of an innocent life. Capital punishment is dealing with someone who chose to go against the laws that society has placed to protect us as a whole. Abortion also hurts both the mother and father.

At what point does an unborn baby have the right to live? Should we give it the right to live just before it was born? Or maybe if it can't live outside the womb it doesn't have rights. Let's call it a Fetus so that it doesn't have rights and is just considered a blob of unwanted flesh. Let's make a multi million dollar industry out of it. We are so civilized and so educated, we know the split second a Fetus becomes a baby, it's amazing. Or is it slightly wrong to kill an unborn baby, and it gets increasingly wrong until it's fully wrong at full term. Maybe there should be different grades of humanity. From Fetus, to Semi-Human, to Fully Human. I think they did that with Black people and it worked for awhile. Yeah second class citizens. Stop the madness! Unborn people are real people, nobody knows when it's wrong.
Capital punishment? If somebody raped and killed your child, I bet you would change your mind about capital punishment.
Oh, wait I see the light now. What you are saying is that someone who murders someone has the same rights as an unborn baby. I get it now. That makes sense. Look at the link, and tell me that that baby in that womb has no right to live.

I believe in abortion under certain circumstances in which the mother would die if she went through with the pregnancy or if she was raped ,but I don't think girls should just go and get an abortion everytime they don't use the proper precautions. I know it goes both ways and guys don't have that burden ,but there is still some intelligence that should be applied. If you can't handle a kid at this specific jucture in your life then you don't need to be having sex. They make vibrators for a reason, they're not just for gag parties you know. Oh and convicts who have comitted murder didn't tie someone up and shoot them in the back of the head ,then throw them in the river on accident. It is a premeditated action that one chooses to do. A fetus cannot make such a decision. When you show me a fetus holding someone up at gun-point then I'll buy the whole "Keep your laws off my body" crap. If you're old enough to be having sex then you're old enough to make responsible decisions.

an unborn child has no say in the actions and did not do anything of such a nature to receive a punishment of death.
Capital punishment is for criminals who choose to do what they have done (taking the lives of others). That said I think before we even consider executing someone we need to be 100% positive we have the right person (no circumstantial evidence) or we don't give a capital punishment sentence out.

I am pro-choice and FOR capital punishment, so I am not a hypocrite. I also believe that people should have a right to end their life if they have a terminal illness when they choose.
And, I am a Christian. So then some think I am a hypocrite. But we all have our own beliefs. It's pretty doubtful that anyone can change my mind.

Personally, I don't think I could get an abortion. However, I will NOT act as though I'm in control of other people. We're all different and everyone has a story to tell.
I think it would be ridiculous to ban it again. If that were to happen, there would be more deaths of desperate women. And these women shouldn't have to pay that kind of price. There are many reasons people have abortions and none of them are anyone's business but their own.

I think the theory is that fetuses are innocent, but criminals are not.
I am not absolutely against either, but I wish that people who need to have abortions would have them early...I wish that this country's government would not make the decent thing in this hard situation so inhumanly hard to do. I am not against keeping capital punishment for unreformable psychopaths who commit vicious crimes of violence, but I wish it were reserved for that extreme hard core, not the multitude of luckless, impulsive, usually underprivileged souls who do something dumb and find themselves on death row.

why do you condone the murder of an innocent baby? this action should never be justified Unless it could jeopordize the mother's life. as for capital punishment? some people who are NOT innocent, it would be better for the world to spin without their evil presence.
