I like to find a sweet, caring woman in the Fall season and convince her I will buy her nice gifts, etc. for the upcoming holiday season because I love her (which I never do anyway---just trying to get things from her). I usually talk up how much I am getting my family, take her with me to shop for them, and then look for jewelry with her and ask what she likes. That way she can get me very nice gifts when I drop hints of what I want. The thing is, I want to break up with her right before/or on the holidays in a way where I can keep the gifts she gives me but I don't have to give her anything at all 'scott-free'. What is the best way to do this? I don't want to buy anything at all.

Ok, here is the best way. Buy a blow up doll and PRETEND you have a real relationship. Have her give you things from around you apartment that you don't have to return. The best part is you can break up with her as many times as you want AND not break a womans heart or having to be a normal contributing member of society that give a flip about the rest of humanity. Ok everyone out of the gene pool - we have a real winner here!

I don't know people who base a relationships on gifts.
I say break up now, get it over with. and just do it, this isn't about gifts it is about a a woman who cares for you.
You have huge issues in promising gifts. and if that is why women date you that is just sick.
Get some counseling and realize how and why you like to talk gifts to girls to get them to hang with you.
If you take her gifts and keeps them, you are sick. How do you live with your self.

just be up front and give her a good reason why yall should break up. Be sincere of her feelings. P.S. its not going to be easy but she will get over it. its better to tell her that u do want to break up with than cheat on her which will make the situation worst.
