My ex brokeup with me b/c I cheated. And now he is crawling back to his ex my aquaintance and telling her lies like: Oh I never liked Steph,she meant nothing to me,I didn't like her as much as I thought I did, I only daited her b/c of her b-day.Him and I daited for 2 months and 1week durring my b-day.And he told me that he loved me in 2weeks when him and I were going out. Not even a month and he already says I love u. What does this mean?Why is he lying?

It's just his way of dealing with the heartache. Try to put some distance between you for a while, he'll eventually come around and realize how childish and stupid his attitude was, and if he doesn't, it'll only prove that he's o.k. with being childish and stupid. In which case, I suggest you cut him out of your life entirely.

He sound like insecure, and don't relly sound mature. I don't judge people, but if you really like him, wait for a few days and talk to him about the cheating incidence may help.
