gave someone a hug while sitting felt a pop like feeling on the right side of chest left of brest between brest and center of chest , five days ago , pain is going into neck and jaw

I had a similar experience, and it felt like I fractured my rib. I had an x-ray done and it was negative. But I'm still convinced I did something to my rib...it felt better after about 3-4 weeks. Try icing it.

I'd worry that it was a blood clot and it's working its way to some place dangerous. Since my brother had a stroke, I know how bad it can be to ignore a medical condition. Please go see a doctor and have it checked out. (PS my brother still has some paralysis in one arm and leg).

It could be anything these people said it may be, seriously see a Doctor now, if not then immediately when you get up tomorrow morning. My prayers are with you.

sounds like you popped a rib out of place, get to a doctor asap, that means now

I suggest you see someone about that soon, you could have dislocated a rib which will be painful, if it isn't already.
