The Trumpet is performed the place music is performed. The Trumpet serves the purpose of being a musical device. watz d no of times u did recieve oscars 4 ur tremondous performance when u were in school?c'mon, u told he is in school.how can u b so mean.is it just not more than enough tat he is posessing d guts to play it in a stage.yes,it is.no matterhow bad he is at playing it,but i will always say that give him ample support n enthusiasm because i can see a very potential talent in ur bro.if he makes mistakes,let him.reminding u ,failures r d pillers of sucess.who knows,might b after sum yrs,i may c u as d brother of d most glamourous trumpet player .

I feel your pain. Older brother played trumpet, younger brother tuba. Leave the house for a while or turn TV on in another area of the house, not much you can do about it.

My sisters started when she was 7 or 8 and she is 13 now and she is the best in her class and it is so nice to be related to her because it is so cool... at the begining I wanted to kill her but as the time went by she got better and better you will see either that or he stops playing you will see thats what I used to tell my self...........Good luck

My suggestion is to buy a pair of ear plugs, or better yet, a good pair of headphones to plug into your cd player...because practice makes perfect, and it sounds like he needs to practice A LOT!!!

Give him a break Shorty!!! He will get better the more he plays. And besides he is learning music and that is great...

Give him time, he needs to practice in order to become good.
If it bothers you so much, buy ear plugs.

suggest some other kind of instrument. maybe both of you can take it together to make it more fun unless u really hate him or something
