Not the chocolate by itself. You only gain weight if your daily calorie intake is greater than the number of calories you burn in a day. If you adjust your diet to allow for the chocolate and exercise regularly, you shouldn't have to worry about it.

Chocolate can actually help you lose weight. It contains chemicals which can give you a pleasure response in your brain similar to sex. You eat less when your happy. Also it has been shown to help the appearance of skin. It DOES NOT CAUSE ACNE!!!

Alone it wouldnt make you put on weight, but it can be one of many factors that can cause weight gain. Such as Medical Conditions, High-fat diet, Slowing of metabolism with aging and Lifestyle.

It depends on what else you eat and how much you exercise. I love chocolate as much as anyone else, so I will suggest you exercise more and cut out something else
