I have a whole bunch of microwave popcorn, but I don't have a microwave. Is there any way that I can pop it in a skillet or something?

Yes there is,I have done this. Open the bag take out kernals and butter like greasy stuff inside. Put in a pot with the lid and just slide It back and forth on the burner. They all wont pop but you will get about half of the bag. Good luck, and keep top on and stop when you don't here pops for about 8 seconds lol And to "jfahd" it has nothing to do with radiation, its popcorn it does work I gurantee!!!lol

It can be done. Turn on your stove top add a little oil in a decent sized pan and let it heat up. Meanwhile get a separate container to transfer the popcorn over after it pops cut open the top of the microwave popcorn bag. Take a couple of kernels out of the bag and place in the oil. once these kernels pop pour the contents of the bag including the butter and cover the pan. Once you hear the corn start to pop shake the pan. Stop when you don't hear any more pops and transfer the popped corn to the new container to prevent burning and let cool. This does work I have done it.

Yes, there is a way.

Ingredients:
1.2 Spoons of Vegetable Oil.
2.Corn Seeds

First remove the corn seeds from the bag and in a deep fry pan put 2 spoons of oil and light the stove, pour the corn seeds in to it, fry in low flame until one corn pops , then close the lid and stir continuously with spatula till all the corn seeds pops out, immediately put off the stove and pour to different vessel to avoid burning. Then your popcorn is ready.

I would try cutting an end open putting the popcorn and butter into a pot with a see through lid, and pop it. When it starts to sizzle shake the pot .
