Well it sounds to this old man like your ego is not hurting any. If you go around talking about your qualities like that then people are going to believe you think that your poop don't stink. Try to lighten up a bit. The girls that you speak of are not the marrying kind first off and they are far more prone to many of todays social diseases.

okay, okay, just in case you were being serious...
There are most likely some guys out there interested; but your sights are set too high for them. If the guys you want are not interestd in you then it would not hurt your (real) social standing to date some of the other dudes you're putting off. Give them a try and you might be impressed with them.

It's a two way street. "Nice guys" always seem left out as well. Maybe you are chasing the kind of guy that those slutty/mean girls are after. Maybe you should take a different approach. Never seem desperate or clingy, guys hate that. Be yourself and someone good id bound to come along.

I have no idea either. But it might have something to do with how the "slutty" girls are usually putting themselves out there (for reasons... yeah), while the rest of the genuine ones tend to be a bit more reserved. I guess the only thing you could do is to try to be a bit more outgoing while not going overboard and seeming trashy.

You could be sending signals that make you seem like you don't want to be approached. It has to do with the body language. It could also be that you are kind of picky. If you pulled 50 random males off the street, how many do you think would be dating material? if the answer is in the single digits, then you are going to have to work hard to find a mate.
