Blackberry cobbler is easy to make. I just put some in a pan with some sugar and drizzle a white Jiffy cake mix over the top. I also freeze them and my kids eat them for snacks or put them in plain yogurt, one or two at a time. We have lots of blackberry bushes in backyard.

Freeze them. Or make muffins.

Some years ago when my husband and I were dating, I made a sauce of blackberries to put on a cake I had baked. But that can be a bit time-consuming.

get a cooler with dry ice in it. Put your berries on a small cookie sheet and put in the cooler with the dry ice about 10 min. Then put them in a Ziploc freezer back. Then just pull out a bag when ever you want to use them (ice cream, cobbler, syrup, etc.) They freeze perfectly like this.
