Oh yes, He does. He loves everyone one in the world just as a father should love all of his children. But, He also disciplines us all, just as a loving father does to his children. You know, if you steal cookies out of the cookie jar, get in a fight with your brother or sister, stay out too late, or skip school, your Dad will discipline you in some way to teach you that you should correct your ways. And as a number of other people here have said, the Lord wants you to come to Him and develop a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ alone. Of course- he even loves the people who claim that he doesn't exist. However, what God is really concerned with is your personal relationship with him. By admitting your a sinner and turning from your sin, accepting the sacrifice Jesus Christ made on the cross as payment for your sins, you will be forgiven of your sins and given eternal life.

Of course,eveyone starts out as non-Christians,don't we! God doesn't create some people that He loves and others that He hates.Even if we sin,God doesn't love us any less, I'm sure we dissapoint him terribly though.

God loves everyone...Christians and sinners...he gave us Jesus Christ so that we could repent our sins and live an eternal life with Him in Heaven...But just because he loves us, doesn't mean we all go to Heaven..
