Why not. All Beacuse a marriage does not work out does not mean the two of them have to hate each other. They must have had fun with each other before they were married or they would not have done it.

What difference does it make? You make no mention of having a girlfriend, so what's the problem? If you're still friendly with your ex, and it doesn't bother anyone else, do what you want. My ex-wife and I don't do anything together, and that's by my choice. If you choose different, then go for it.

Why not...as long as they can behave like mature adults! More people should be able to act like this especially if children are involved; If either one of them is in a relationship with other people, though, what's the reason for the "ex's" for seeing each other.

Well if they have children, yes. Because they need to be a team, whether they are IN love with EACH OTHER they both LOVE their KIDS and nothing will change that bond between them.
If no kids, and they can still be friends, hey, more power to them. Why have people in your life that you cant stand?
Now out like for dinner or something is ODD but carpooling and stuff doesnt seem out of wack?

If two people can divorce on friendly terms, that is great. There is no need to be ignorant and talk behind each other's backs. It is certainly ok to go places together, if you both mutually agree on it. Why not? Shows the two of you are mature and not petty.

Depends on the situation and where they are going, if they are doing it for their kids maybe its okay. If he has a girlfriend or is in a relationship then I would say, as long as the girlfriend is invited then it should be okay too. Generally speaking though in a relationship it would tend to cause problems, especially if they are excluding her to spend time with each other.

i think it depends on your current relationship. if there is really no secret reason for going places and your current gf doesnt mind then its ok. but if the person you are dating has a problem with it then stop. who is more important. an EX who is an ex for a reason or someone you are pursuing a future with.
