I also take Ativan (1mg.. 2-3xs) daily. Does melatonin and Ativan work well together?

The best way to use any medication is under the supervision of your physician and pharmacist. Buying medicine from any other source can be dangerous as there are always unscrupulous people out there who could be selling anything and calling it melatonin or whatever. If you got these pills from a reputable pharmacy the pharmacist on duty should have told you that she checked for drug interactions and she would have given you thorough directions. Please, take caution and take care.

take one tab, swallowed with water at bedtime. This is to help you sleep.

dunno about ativan but take melatonin an hour before bed
