Dead Cheetos in a feeding bowl are much too static to provoke your pet's hunting instinct. Remember, in the wild, majestic herds of these tiny orange critters zip across the Serengeti plains at speeds of up to 40 mph.
Call Pizza Hut home delivery and order a pizza. When you're letting the guy out the front door, give him a 'tip' of a bag of free Cheetos and let him get on his motorbike.
Give him a 30-second headstart, then release the hounds, er, cat.
You get fed, your pet gets fed, Pizza Hut gets a new delivery boy later.

I know you're being funny, but here are some ideas:
give them to a homeless shelter
crush them up and use them as breadcrumbs
spill them on the floor and go sliding around on them (whee!)
use as packing material
look through for biblical/Mary/Jesus imagery and sell them on eBay
starve the cheetah, then go in the cage and start eating the cheetos

If Cheetahs don't wanna eat it's a sign most of the time that they wanna be eaten. As for the bags don't use them after the date printed on them because then you will make more gas then a farthog! Now go eat puZZy!

Cheetos are Earth's wonder food. You can plant them and they grow cheeto trees. The again you could always just eat the cheetos and call it a day. Any cheetah that won't eat their cheetos is obviuosly retarded.

Keep a close eye on the stock market and trade them when the time is right. (Next Tuesday after the Labor Day Weekend to be more precise) I hear tuna is a going to be a great buy but cat litter is going to crap out over the next couple of months. Excellent packing materials so consider moving to use them up.
Cheetahs sometimes have an aversion to orange food. Try baking him some blueberry muffins, opposite on the color wheel. Good luck!

maybe he's not eating because he is a carnivore. cheetohs will just give her or him a stumach ache. try chicken or turkey or ham. though i really doubt you have an endangered animal in your home with no experiance on how to raise it.
