Could probably handle 2 beer per hour and possibly remain sober, but should likely use a taxi or designated driver. This does not mean 10 beer in the first hour and water for the rest of the night.
My wine consultant and Smart Serve trained daughter says that a lot of other factors besides weight are involved. Gender, physical condition, fat or muscle, family tendency to alcoholism, first time drinker or old habitue. Probably should consider being the designated driver and then you can have all the soft drinks you want for free and watch your buddies make fools of themselves.

Untill what? Passing out? I'm 185lbs and can drink about 25 shots of tequila before I fall over. One the other hand I can drink about 3 bottles of wine before passing out. It will all depend on your toleracne. What you have to eat before you start drinking can also impact your drunkenness. Breads and pastas will help you to drink more before becoming drunk.
