Throwing up blood at anytime is very serious. Force him to go to the ER or doc immediately as whatever is causing this could be fatal if not checked into. It could be anything from his lungs bleeding to him/her having a stomach ulcer.

Absolutely it's serious. Get off your computer and get him to a Doctor NOW. Internal bleeding of any sort is never something to take lightly. It may not be serious, but the odds aren't good and there is no way to tell without a real medical examination.

yeah unfortunately this can be very serious in some cases this may be a sign of cancer :( but in more cases it can be bronchitis which isn't very bad but he might have to move to warmer climate. Its definitely a good idea to get it checked professionally tho. The best way to convince him to do this is try to talk him into it say you care for him and you wouldn't want anything to happen to him. Hopefully everything works out for you

Throwing up blood is not normal. He should see a doctor. If he doesn't and the throwing up of blood continues, then he should see an undertaker and make arrangements.

Rush him to the hospital. If not call 911. Vomiting blood is very, very serious. The medicines may have to be administered to him intravenously already. Don't let him decide for himself. Decide for him, because if something fatal happens to him then you are liable. aCT NOW!
