various those human beings supply thumbs down on those comments approximately how the bible says it is incorrect, or the products don't greater wholesome, etc. or remark on why homosexuality is powerful. they're only as undesirable as those people who say it is undesirable. Me? in my view, i believe it to be incorrect. The Bible says it is incorrect, and enable us to anticipate that the Bible is real, using fact it for sure is for motives i don't care to get into suitable now, and in case you do not believe interior the Bible against all data that it is real, think of of the STDs led to via gay intercourse. this is a actual reason homosexuality is incorrect. apart from, it is secure to anticipate that those left-wing each and every person is probable a some distance better share greater atheists, and with out God, human beings lose their ethical compass, it is why they turn to accepting this disgusting life type; using fact they have no foundation to pass off of, and because they decline to settle for The Lord Jesus Christ to steer them.

It's simple.
First, no one here or on this planet is God, therefore cannot speak for him.
Regarding the Old Testament (Leviticus and all that jazz) it was swept away under the New Covenant of Christ, who was silent on the matter.
Lastly, the Bible has been re-written and re-written to suit the puritanical code and hokey social mores of the time, rendering it virtually useless in any event.

Yes it is. Leviticus 18:22 states: "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable" (NIV). In short, "Attempts to circumvent the biblical teachings to affirm homosexuality are fruitless," Lawless wrote. As evidence that the Bible "consistently and clearly condemns the practice of homosexuality," he additionally cited Genesis 19:1-11; Leviticus 20:13; Romans1:24-28; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11; 1 Timothy 1:8-10; and Jude 7.

There is no such thing as god in my book. Homosexuality is only wrong in the eye of thy religion made by men back when it was a crime to be gay or lesbian. The bible has nothing to do with "God" but the opinion of the people who wrote it. Which were human mortals with flaws like anyone. If there really is a god then shouldn't he/she love all thy children? Equaly? Short, tall, fat, skinny, gay, straight? Like "he/she" made them? There is your answer.

According to the christian version of god something as simple as thinking you'd like to hit someone with a car is just as bad as actually doing it.

Well..Christians should consider that Jesus never mentioned it. He was quite clear in his direction about salvation. ...Keep the 10 commandments ..Love God above all others and your neighbour as yourself.
As for the old testament. There is some crazy stuff in there. My favourite passages are:
1 Samuel 18:3
Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul.
And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was upon him, and gave it to David, and his garments, even to his sword, and to his bow, and to his girdle.
1 Samuel 20:42
And Jonathan said to David, Go in peace, forasmuch as we have sworn both of us in the name of the LORD, saying, The LORD be between me and thee, and between my seed and thy seed for ever.

No. God has never actually said anything on the subject. Only men. The men that wrote the bible. If you want to believe that old book, then I don't know what to tell you...other than this:
Do what's right in your own heart.
That's the only thing that matters.
Everyone who tells you otherwise is doing so out of ignorance and fear.

God said to hate the sin but love the sinner, a thing i have found to be very hard. the gay movement in this country has rapidly increased in the last 30 years. they are trying to write legislation that will change America, they want it taught in schools to our kids, they want to change the sacredness of marriage, and try to rewrite history making it look like gays have always been a normal part of society, to make themselves feel better about their own lifestyle.
when i was a kid you didn't see many homosexuals because it was very disgraceful to be one, it was done in secret. but through years of coming out slowly and little opposition, taking seats of power that would enable them to change laws, and through the help of those on the left, you have the problem that faces us today.
God also says the kingdom of heaven suffers violence and the violent take it by force

The bible doesn't speak too highly on it. But God judges sin, not man. So if God considers being Gay a sin and the person who is Gay feels they cannot help it - it will be forgiven if asked. We all sin every day.
