I use Adobe PhotoShop. It gives you so many choices and options on how to edit your picture. All you have to do is provide the creativity. I know the first time you turn it on it looks all so hard and everything but after a while you'll get used to it. Moreover there are a lot of friendly websites that can teach you how to use the different tools.

i use corel draw,,its old, but i can manip pictures, and make animaition to, and customise them,,you can get free downloads of photo edit,,just type in your search free photo edit downloads,,then test them out till you get the best free picture edit download.
