Um, how big is the room? One or two coats (is it going over a darker color)? On gallon of paint will general cover 350 square feet. The calculation is in the attached link.

Happy painting :-)

In addition to the ( volume of paint to wall length x wall height + color depth coverage) formulas offered on various painting websites, one must consider the quality of the paint that one uses. Brands are not equal. Some better brands may offer 50% more area coverage than some poorer brands. As a result sometime the seemingly more expensive paint may actually be the better value. Be sure to get enough paint all mixed at the same time to avoid mismatches.

it depends on the size of your room the size oif paint can ,a gallon will paint a small room.it also depends on what color..if it matches what you already have u will be able to paint one coat, if u are changing to a light color from a dark it will take alot more
a paint store can help u but you need to know the room size..Also spray painting with a sprayer not a (spray can),instead of a paiint brush will take less paint too

That would depend on the color of the wall you're painting over (if there is one, or it could be wall paper you're trying to pain over, in which case you need to strip the wall paper off.) The darker the base color the more more cover up color you'll need, and vise versa. Sounds as though one can might be enough for one wall, but not four.

Measure your room , length times with will give the area. The can of paint can should say how much it will cover.

go to www.homeinteriors.com/designsbyniki click on decorating ideas on the left and then paint. There will be a pop up that allows you to put in your room size etc and it calculates how much paint you need.
there is even one for wallpaper etc. it's pretty cool.
good luck!

no get one more its gonna take 2 coats don't paint till u get the other one then mix them together. don't want to take the chance of one being a little off on the color.

probably not, but it depends on how many walls, and how big the walls are. Most bedrooms would be 2 gallons, assuming you're doing 2 coats.
