I think that what Jesus meant was that no man comes to Him unless he is first drawn to God. In other words you cannot know Jesus unless you feel the urge to know his Father. That is just my take. I believe in free will, what would the point be if we did not have the power to choose?

I say that we will all be "saved" because I don't believe in hell or Satan. I believe in God, Jesus, and Mother Mary. I know that the God that I have a loving relationship with would not send his children to this place. This is where reincarnation comes in to play. You MUST repay your debts to society in your next lifetime(s). Think about it. So for those who don't believe in Jesus it is a personal choice and that is what makes this world go around.
Hell was created by man to control us by fear. What a concept. It is working for several million people. I mean to think that if they live their life in doing all of these good things and take care of everyone and love and honor God, but they stole a bicycle at the age of 10, wow do you really think that it is over for them if they forgot to repent?

Saved from what?
Why would I want to set at some gods feet and praise him and serve him? If he is so great he don't need such and if he is so loveing and caring he would never send you to hell. And if he is so wise as you say he would send you to hell because he knows you are not as good as you try to act.
Tell me something, Why would a god that can create billions of billions of billions of people need you to serve him? I mean what would you have to offer such a being? He can create the heavens and the earth and then create people and everything else there is. What could you possibly have to offer? Your sole? What would he use it for? Make soup or something?
I don't get it how you or anyone else could believe such a thing.

No i dont believe that that is true predestination would mean that we have no free will, u may have a missinterpretation of that.
God draws all of us especially the ones who are willing. BUt if u choose not to answer his calling then it was your choice not to be saved

Since predestination was an idea created by John Calvin, but not really supported in the Bible, and since the Christian religion is without fault, sure, predestination makes full sense.

If you had the ability for rational thought- you would realize how silly what you just typed sounds.
But- faith = the opposite of reason.
I'm sure that you're very content in your believe that since you believe in Jesus, that somehow makes you a better person in the eyes of some god that you believe exists.

If you, yourself, believe in Jesus then you also have the faith to believe that He can do anything, including the giving of faith to unbelievers. And if He can do that, then the unsaved can be saved. "Whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." All it takes is the faith of a mustard seed :-)

"a mustard seed" of religion isn't as small as you think of that's.. motives why the mustard seed is used is as a results of the fact in Matthew thirteen:32, that's reported "it (the mustard seed) is the smallest of all seeds, yet while it grows up, that's the biggest of all flora. it is going to become a tree so as that birds come and make their nests in its branches".. so a mustard seed of religion ability a faith that grows and bears seen ends up on your existence. earlier you think of of saving somebody else's soul, think of, is your faith adequate to save your soul? in case you could, that's massive, yet that, my buddy, is sort of impossible. the only love and faith able to that's from Jesus Christ. so what you're able to do is pray to Jesus, ask for his mercy on your buddy, and enable that's HIS determination, no longer yours, nonetheless you're able to do numerous convincing. like telling Jesus how that buddy of yours became a solid individual in his existence, etc. those words at the instant are not of course reported interior the bible, even nonetheless that's there. seek in google approximately "praying for the ineffective". while you're a protestant, don't be afraid to check catholic web content besides. you're predicted to communicate approximately christian teachings, and catholic is likewise portion of christianity, so the source continues to be solid and not against the subject remember of your communicate. so back to the question, how lots faith is adequate faith? listed under are some scriptures. Luke 9:sixty two "absolutely everyone who starts to plow and then keeps looking back is of no use for the dominion of God".. -adequate faith ability to be prepared to enable bypass of your previous evil strategies and not return. Luke 18:22" there continues to be one extra element you will possibly desire to do. sell all you have and supply the money to the undesirable and you will have riches in heaven". -adequate faith is to realize cloth issues are meant to help guy, guy isn't meant to help cloth issues.

That is what is called Calvinism, that no one can of their own choice "choose" Jesus as savior. There is alot of scripture to back up your point of view, just like the one you quoted.
Calvinism is something that makes my head blow up. I can't completely decide what part people play in salvation and what part God plays in it...that is where the head blowing up comes from. All I know is, if you confess Christ as your savior, you're saved. All the details, I leave to God.
