Push-ups there are so many variations you can do. By changing the placement of your hands closer together or farther apart uses different parts. You can also put your feet up on a chair with your hands of course on the ground and do them. Variations in any work-out gives you a more complete one.

You can develop your chest with a variety of exercises requiring no equipment. Push-ups are the most common, and you can challenge your muscles by making regular changes in form. Putting your hands farther apart works the outer areas of your chest. Elevating your feet works the upper pects. Placing blocks under your hands allows for a deeper, harder push-up.

Another great chest exercise is the parallel dip, keeping your elbows out works more lower pect, elbows in uses more triceps.

And try this - do very slow reps, maybe 10 - 15 seconds for each rep. This is very hard, even at a low weight.
