Illegal immigrants in America

Thumb down if u thinks they should leave (think about it, who will plant/pick up the vegetables or lawn the grass and other helpful stuff.)

Thumb up if u think they should stay (think about it, they ruin our economy such as food stamps and sending money to their country)

It's kind of tough decision here...but I will still give a thumb up.
They are human and want to have opportunity just like any of us.

The majority of people on foodstamps are whites & blacks. Illegals can't qualify for government assistance anymore.

Thumbs up, as long as they don't have any criminal history.
Thumbs down, if they come here to act like they live somewhere with no rules.

To each their own!

I'd pick an economic refugee any time over a political refugee. An economic refugee (like most of the Mexicans) come here to improve their lives. In order to do that they have to work (don't tell me that they can go on welfare and be better off than in Mexico, because that's not true).

Anyway, it doesn't matter what we think, illegal immigrants are illegal (and should not be here).

However, you and I don't write or enforce the laws. The laws are written by congress, and they are paid by the corporations. It would be very easy to restrict illegal immigrants from working here (just link SS with immigration or ask for a work permit, before they can work)

Why don't we stop them from working???? Very simple, they are cheap and they depress the salary of the legal citizens.

Thumbs down.....
When Americans go to their country, we get the paper work done. We work hard for OURSELF, not to support others. I have a hard time getting the money to get me by for a year and now I have to support some family that I don't even know, and that is probley taking jobs from people that do have legal paperwork and that speak English.
Why is it that they expect us to know and speak their language when they come to the USA. But they won't take the time to learn English. That my friend is lazy, even if I worked nights and three jobs--I'd find a way to learn English or whatever language I needed to know.
Just because someone is another race, doesn't make them any different. Everyone should be treated the same--no matter what!

Sorry but it is not that simple. It is so easy to get into the USA that it will be very difficult to stop them. Some have been sent back several times and still return. It is not only the Mexican border that is a problem. Many come through Canada. It is much easier for many people to legally go to Canada and then just go across to the USA. That is a favorite way for Asians. No it is not just that easy. It has to be addressed and there has to be something done. What, is the question.

Not A tough Decision At All................
Thumbs All The Way DOWN.
For all the people who say " Who's going to do the jobs we don't want to do?" I say how about putting some of the able bodied Welfare Recipients to Work?
Then they can actually EARN that Free Money!

What amazes me in this difficulty count is that you and the ppl that replied your question don't have the faintest clue on the federal regulation on the problem of unlawful immigration or what constitutes federal crime. stepping into this u . s . a . without visa or information isn't against the law. that is likewise no longer against the law via making use of a human being who entered this u . s . a . without information or a citizen of this u . s . a . to acquire faux record or identity. It actually will develop into unlawful an against the law even as they use those faux information or identity to take advantage of ie.getting a job, getting welfare etc. honestly utilising those information to get some thing they do no longer seem to be legally entitled to. even as an unlawful crosses the border into this u . s . a . and is stopped via making use of the BP they're detained and what action is taken relying on each and every and each and every guy or lady. it quite is Federal regulation 101

I don't think you thought much. THUMBS DOWN.

There are humans all over the world that want to come to the US and have opportunities like us. Most of them are applying to come here LEGALLY. Should we let them all come illegally also? How many millions would come and overwhelm our country. We can only handle so many at a time.
Also think about the type of people we are encouraging to come.
The good, law respecting people stay in their own country and apply to come legally. They get in line and wait and wait.
Meanwhile the criminals don't care about the law. They just come.

I think there should only be two options when it comes to illegal aliens. They should either make becoming legal their main priority or expect to get deported. My best friend is Chinese/Laos and her family came here when she was just one. They didn't even know English but they worked hard to become legal. They didn't have a choice. Just because Mexico is right below the US doesn't mean they shouldn't have to work just as hard to become legal. That's only fair.

Who doesn't know they misuse the government and government programs. Cheezus, they live 5 families to a home and claim one head....10 are illegal. 5 have stolen SSN's to work, 5 find under the table cash jobs....why do you think they loiter at 7-11 all morning? Pay attention people....life is not what college is teaching.

Thumbs up....this is a community filled with immigrants. The only native people where run down by these 'white immigrants'. I find it really funny that now all of a sudden these immigrants consider themselves natives and have the almighty right to declare who may enter and exit. These people that have color are of no harm to anyone and to deny them without any true hardcore reason is silly and selfish.
