ID Lube is the best I have found, and my partner and I make it part of foreplay if it is needed. This particular brand is silicone based, safe with condoms, tasteless, and can be used as a massage oil. It also lasts for hours. The possibilites are endless. There are times in a woman's cycle when she is less lubricated than others and the lube can make all the difference in the world. It is good for any position and does not interfere with oral play.

Just put it anywhere you need that extra slip. Some people are too tight or dry (especially after drinking a lot). Or if you want it more slippery. Sometimes when women get older they are not as juicy. Or if you are...uh hum...too big, it may help to make it easier. It is used to facilitate anal sex also.
Never vaseline , baby oil, lotion, or anything else not made for that purpose. It's bad for you and eats through condoms.
