Pat Robertson has a VERY long history of saying perfectly insane things. Yet he is a big shot among Christians, and a member in good standing of the Republican Party-- a fitting reflection on both of these entities. A few years ago he threatened Orlando with a hurricane, since Disney World had a Gay Day. It never happened, and he was not embarrassed. I think he also said that a meteor would strike somewhere, and it didn't. This guy really needs to be placed in a straight jacket and in a padded cell.

When God created the human experience he had a plan. Man with the influence of satan thought they had a better way. God said, go ahead try it with out me, but it will be a false reality on top of the TRUTH that is indistructable. You will be able to create a lot of things with your natural mind but you will never be able to maintain anything without Truth in place. So man went about creating the World as many see it today, with sin, sickness and death. God did not create these things man did, with satans influence. He had no choice but to be off track a little because he was doing it without the manufactures directions, and plan. So what has developed is a false reality. It is not permanant, because it is not eternally True.
So yes one of these days, only God Himself knows when, He is going to clean the slate of everything that is not TRUTH. Even if it is just a little bit off, it has to go, or it would contaminate reality. Reality is reality no matter what. If you remember those slates you played with as a child, that you drew on, and then when you got tired of it you picked up the top piece and the thing you drew dissappeared. God is going to do that with this creation that has been done on top of reality. If you are operating in Truth then you already know the difference between what God created, and what He has allowed. The whole purpose is to prove once and for all that we were never suppose to operate outside of God or Truth

He is one of the ones with his smug stupidity that he thinks he's passing off as intelligence that irritates me the most. Mainly for his access to the American public to broadcast his nonsense.
He was visiting Israel just about the time that the war broke out giving his support to "Quick-Draw" Olmert. Im not a violent man but I find it to be the height of arrogance that he thinks he could be a self-appointed ambassador who doesnt know a damn thing about International politics. Meddling in affairs that affect other peoples lives based on his shallow ignorance. Its too bad that a rocket or two escaped him.

I'm a Christian but I think Pat Robertson is a fool. That guy really needs to keep his mouth shut because eveytime he opens it up something stupid comes out. I question if he really is a Christian at all.

Ahmed, I am afraid he has grasped the nature of the dangers that prevail when we choose the direction of disobedience to the Lord Almighty. When we disobey his grand rules, we hurt the weak and the innocent. It is just in the nature of his disobedience.
When you continue to disobey and hurt His innocent, His justice does not allow such injustice to continue on.
If one of your ancestors AT ANY POINT IN THE PAST was a practicing and dedicated gay or lesbian, you would not be posing this question!!
Pat Robertson does not represent me for sure, but, when someone speaks with understanding on certain issues, one can not but agree with him or her!! I surely do not agree with everything he says, but on certain things even he has a grasp!
Praise be to the Almighty who made me and you, so we can discuss these things!!

Well it sounds like he is a drunk, homophobic, welfare scrounger, cheating his followers, and a pervert who does not know god ..
Perhaps if he was not so insecure in his own sexuality he would not be so threatened by others.
