I just got dumped and now I am single for the first time in three years and the first time since high school...what should I do now, I mean should I enjoy being a bachelorette (not like become promiscious) or should I start seeing a guy I'm attracted to and how soon is too soon to date after breaking up?

I would say enjoy being single. What sucks is that it's so much easier said than done when you're used to being in a relationship.
So, I will change that to - if you're going to move head on into a relationship and start morphing into who you think the new guy wants - then stay single (if you have a history of doing this, you'll know what I mean).
If you're confident enough to stand on your own and you don't think you're short changing the new guy, because you're still missing the old one, then go for it, but just take your time.
Have fun which every route you choose.

I know that it is hard being dumped but look at it this way, now you have an opportunity to meet a better man. Everything happens for a reason and you should not be upset about it, move on, the best is yet too come... (Good Luck)!!!!!

don't be in a hurry... u should try enjoying being a bachelorette... just give urself time... and after that you could start seeing the boy u'r attracted at...dont let anybody dumped u again...

Take sometime for yourself to get over the break up and then go out with the guy you are attracted to. Don't just jump into a relationship with him. You want to give yourself time to heal from your break up.

I think you should take time to reflect about yourself and your previous relationship and figure out what you learned and that relationship and apply it to finding a better, more complete person for you for your next relationship. I'm sure you can figure out somethings that you want to do differently next time. Most importantly, give yourself time to be yourself alone and not yourself in a relationship.

enjoy being single for awhile. Dont rush into another relationship right away. Wait until you "dont need to be in a relationship".... then, you are ready!!

Do not hook up with anyone. Enjoy being free and learn about yourself "alone". Who you are, what you want or don't want. You are young and have an entire lifespan ahead of you.

There is no certain time limit...just start dating, and if you hit it off with a guy, maybe take it from there.
