Heard a lot about "The Feet Store" ads about how well arch supports work.

The definitely work. I bought mine at Walmart. Dr. Scholls. I do not know which ones the were; they were the heavy duty ones, brown on the bottom. I am on my feet all day and they feel great.
PS If you do NOT support your arches, and they stretch, the pain is amazingly bad. Arch muscles do NOT stretch. You force-stretch them by having no arch supports.

yes. the best arch support inserts are super feet!
Also I can't live with out my Danskos. they can help with plantar flaschitis, too
