coconut....they have a ice cream parlor here in upstate NY called corky's and they serve over 35 flavors of soft serve.

Banana, with banana toppings and a banana twist. Add on some sliced banana, and blend in a blender with banana flavoring. Shake it up in a banana cup, and drink through a yellow straw.
Mmmm tastes kinda like...banana.
