Peanuts are pretty low in carbohydrates - about 7.8% by volume most of which comes from fiber and the remainder from sugar.

Peanuts are very high in fat and have more calories in them than just about any food (apart from other types of nuts) - more than one and a half times as many calories as sugar.

622.0 Kcalories
7.8g Carbohydrate
