Get some Kwell lotion from pharmacy. Wash all clothes and linens that have been in contact in hot water. Spray upholstery and mattress with lice spray. treat others exposed to it. The contagious stage is when bumps are not yet dry/scabbed.

I had those, and OMG are they the most irritating thing to have, I couldnt find anything at home to work had to go to Doctor and get a special lotion to take care of it. Cool bathes or showers are better if you have scabies.I feel for you I know what its like Good Luck!!!!! but i recommend going to Docotr or call pharmacy and ask if there is anyhting over counter you can use for them
