If you are referring to an ingredient of sexual intercourse between the 15 year old and the 18 year old, then one should also keep in mind that the law doesn't necessarily wait for the underaged person to come forward and make a complaint. If the matter is brought to the attention to the police by anyone else, even if the 15 year old prefers not to make a complaint, it may still end up with a complaint against the 18 year old, if sufficient evidence is developed.
Often complaints are initiated by a parent, a mandatory reporting medical worker, a friend, could be anyone.

wonders why you would charge your boyfriend with rape. but anyway here in mississippi there can be no more that 2 years difference in age (if under 18) or the elder person can be charged with statutory rape. Other than that there is no age limit for rape............

I think what youre trying to ask is this statutory sexual assault? If you do not consent to sex with him then yes that is sexual assault (rape). However since youre 15 your parents can have the boy brought up on charges whether or not you consented because you are not legally old enough to consent. He could be in trouble, so be very careful and I suggest you abstain for another couple of years...
