People often pray to a "God" at hard times.
Is everyone having conversations with the same God?

It matters because if you're praying to the wrong one, no one's going to hear you. The true God is evident in the fulfilled prophecies. He is the one returing in glory someday. Pray to Him.

There is no God but God. He has many names and many Prophets and they all carried the same message There Is only one God. People just have a tendancy to loose the main point in all the details.

People do pray to many gods but, there is only one God, who is all powerful and we can go to Him through Jesus Christ.

There is only one God for everyone. You do not make your own God. Whatever the idea of a person is, it cannot alter the fact that there is a Prime Mover who is not caused by anyone... or anything...

I think we are...it doesn't matter what you call him Yah weh, Allah, God...I think the great spirit is what the greatest soul is. We should speak to this spirit always in good and bad times. Thank the great one for every day and pray to the spirit in times of need.

Well if you mean 'God' as in monotheism. Then in Arabic Allah translates to God, In Hebrew Yahwey translates to God, In English God is God. I guess not?
