Ok, think about that. are you going to be a mechanic or thinking about it?
Any way, remove the front wheels, and check your CV joints.(constant velocity) they are the front Axel that comes from the trans Axel to power the front wheels.
You should look for breaks or cracks in the rubber boots that cover the CV joint. If they are dried up, they will need to be replaced. Check both sides, upper and lower.
Good Luck.

Yesterday i couldn't even spell mechanic! Now I are one lol. OK where ever the fast blinking is the left side or the right side is the problem! If the front blinks fast but the rear on either side doesn't then it's one of the rear bulbs. And viseversa. It's a burned out bulb!

it could be a bad turn signal or maybe something is wrong with the electrical part of that particular signal flasher. apparently a good overhaul is in order to find the problem.

Could be a bad turn signal flasher, or he has the hazards on by accident, but the lights don't work??

Signal light switch, or multifunction switch has a lot of dust inside of it, I would change it.
