It depends on the type of coaches you have. Is it not common for coaches to try to make you tougher, and to try to get your adrenaline up so you will play more aggressively? Maybe football is not the game for you- it is not for everyone. If you feel it is not bringing out the best in you, maybe you should do something else. If you are po'ed about little things in other areas, it could be a chemical imbalance, improper diet, any number of things. Tell a parent or a professional, if this is the case. It is not good to dwell on things after the fact- however, I can understand the frustration of being young and having to take cr*p from authority figures, and not being able to say or show how you feel at the time, as if you would know how if you could. You are not a bad person, you just need to learn how to deal with your frustration. Confide in someone you trust to help you through. God bless you and good luck.

It's not necessarily a bad thing to get angry and irritated about something like that, especially after you've just spent 2 hours crashing your body into people and having some bald fat old man yell obscenities in your ear. Just don't let it consume you, love. The problem begins when you dwell on it or stew about it. Just let it slide. *muah!*

It's not healthy for you. You'll enjoy life much more if you learn to look for the good things, not the bad. It takes practice, but it's worth it.
