The best possible thing to mail to her would be LIGHTWEIGHT CLOTHING.
I recently mailed a girlfriend in Shanghai China some T shirts I bought from Victoria's secret. The package was less than 5 lbs and I ended up paying damn near $75 - and that was for the CHEAPEST POSSIBLE RATE.
Find out what she can't get and consider mailing that there. When I lived in Shanghai, there was no deoderant so I had my mom mail it. There also wasn't lots of drugs I took for granted in America like IMMODIUM AD, TYLENOL, and various other painkillers.
You should ask her what she needs because most likely it will be things like LARGE T shirts (since she's pregnant).
Just keep in mind, be careful to save as much weight as possible cause shipping is NO JOKE.

If she already has a plausible excuse, then chocolate is always a good idea. Pregnant women love chocolate.

If you know the baby's sex, you can get her some jewelry with a charm on it for the baby. I know that would be what I would want. You can never go wrong with jewelry. Congratulations!!!
