Do you mean two complete feet?

That would be pretty strange and I don't know what it's called.

If you mean having a few extra fingers or toes, which sometimes take the form of a small, partial second paw growing from the wrist (or ankle), it's called "polydactylism," meaning "many fingers." It's pretty common in cats, more or less so depending on where you live. In New England, southeastern Canada and southern Florida and some other places it's quite common. In other places it may be fairly rare.

Sometimes the extra digits grow from the regular paw ("manus" for hand in front, "pes" for foot in back.) The manus or pes seems normal except there are more than the usual number of fingers or toes. I've seen up to seven digits on each paw.

Sometimes the extra digits grow in a cluster from the wrist (I've only seen this configuration on the front paws) giving the impression of a double paw (hence the term "double paws.") At first the biggest extra finger looks like a human thumb, but on closer examination you'll see one (sometimes two) little fingers tucked between it and the main paw. This variety of polydactylism is called the "Hemingway" type because Ernest Hemingway, the famous author, had some cats like that and their descendents still live at the old Hemingway homestead in Florida.

Double paws is a harmless mutation. Many folks consider double pawed cats to be good luck. That makes them more desirable to people, and that's indeed good luck - for the cats, at least.

Polydactylism is disqualifying in show cats, since it's considered a mutation and a departure from the breed standard. The sole exception is the Pixie Bob breed, which is expected to be double-pawed in the Hemingway style.

Most double-pawed cats are polydactyl only on the front paws, but many are also polydactyl in the rear as well.

If you are talking about extra toes, this is called a polydactyl. It's not rare and not particular to any specific breed of cat.

Now if you actually mean "feet" that I've never heard of and is extremely rare.

It's known as a "dual-cat", or a "kitty-kitty". Some dialects prefer to call it a "quad-kitty" or "octo-pussy". It depends on the region of the nation in which you reside. Most of us scientistists refer to it as a: "Quada-quada seemee". Latin for: "Oh, my pussy aches."
