Would it be bad to have caffine every day before you run, or would you only want caffine before a race? OR is caffine never a good idea if you are in athletics??

If I was going to begin on the perfection of my physical body (which I have lately been too tired to do) I would only use caffeine to get started, as my metabolism was speeding up (as in short-term- for example the first few weeks or something like that). I would think it would interfere once you start perfecting your metabolism. Caffeine is good for tired people who are too tired to begin a running program, or (possibly?) who are uninterested in much physical activity? I dont know. I think some people genuinely enjoy it, maybe. I hate physical activity of almost any kind. I dont despise swimming but I've got no private pool. I'm more of a academic I hate sports. Maybe I will change my mind if I'm in love

I would think caffeine would be a bad idea because when your caffeine high went away you would be tired/lethargic. Not to mention, caffeine makes you need to go to the bathroom.

that is a bad idea because not only will it raise your temp, cause dehydration, but also slows blood flow. I drink after I race/run, if in the mood for it still
