We have something similar in Polish - it's a kind of rhyming dialogue between people who are going to sleep. When someone says "Dobranoc" (goodnight), the answer can be "Pchły na noc" (fleas for the night). Then the first person says: "Karaluchy pod poduchy" (the cockroaches under the pillows), and the reply is: "A szczypawki do zabawki" (and the beetles for play). Sounds absurd, I know, but it's just a play of words that rhyme.
I think there is something like that in English too.

it is not something nice, but i don't like they are calling you an asshole. noc------night, blechy------fleas, so i think they are calling you a flea bag or maybe something like a dirt ball in their language......let us know what it says though when you find out.

outside Egypt there are 2 varieties: a million- those who were close up with the help of their governments; via blinding them with money and vehicles and stuff; so that they idea they're treated like 1st type citizen.....zay dewal el5aleeg 2- those who're soliciting for his or her rights of their countries, so that they get 'em. In Egypt: you're treated like a 2d type citizen; because you behave as a 2d type citizen even as it contains soliciting for your rights

The main words translate to:

Good night all fleas help.

I found the phrase also in a baby theme website. http://www.rodina.cz/scripts/diskuse/prisp.asp?id=14752
I'm guessing it's like:
Night, night and don't let the bed bugs bite!
