ok my yahoo messinger kept frezzing up so i deleted it and reinstalled it but now it wont let me sign in and it wont let me delete the yahoo off my c drive i dont know what to do i would like to keep my same sign in name cause that is what all my things are under but i dont know what to do pleas help

Try to scan for virusses. Then, try to reinstall back your yahoo messenger.
OR
Click internet explorer --> tools --> internet option --> delete all temporary files.
OR
Download this file name "Unlocker". If you want to delete any files and have a problem. Use the software, it make you can delete the files.

You say you "deleted" Yahoo Messenger. Do you mean you merely deleted the icon, or did you uninstall it through Add/Remove?
If you uninstalled it properly, restarted, then reinstalled, you should be able to sign in with your old name.
It is important to uninstall - restart - install - restart.
When we uninstall or install, commands are not stored until we restart.

maybe your ID was suspended (deleted) by Yahoo or a Yahoo member (a hacker)... or maybe your password was changed by him/her
