my hair is pretty long, but its always straight down, and i wanna make it look shaggy. so my question is,how can u make ur hair look shaggy?

When it is straight down, filp your hair upside down, and shake your hair wile spraying hair spray, this works for me! try it i bet it will work i do it all the time.

Yeah, get some layers cut in, that will take the weight off, and then use gum hair products to lift it, that's what I do!

first...you need to add a bunch of layers and have your stylist cut the entire cut with a razor.

go around and cut pieces like layering it.
Or go to a salon if you dont trust yourself

well let it dry. dont wash it for ages and cut it. and put some voloumnizing lotion it in
