There are four people.
One is blind. One is colorblind (specifically, Protanomaly). One is extremely nearsighted. One has "normal" vision.
The normal vision person says there is a flower infront of them that is red and blue.
The extremely nearsighted person says that the same flower is purple.
The colorblind person, however, states that the flower is black and blue.
The blind person says there's no flower there at all.
So, tell me...

I think "correctly" is a vague word to use for your question.
"Accurately" would be more appropriate, because "correctly" implies that there's a best way to see the flower, when really there are just 4 very different ways of seeing the same flower.
I would say, then, that the person with normal vision sees the flower the most accurately, but no one person sees the flower "correctly".
I think I know what analogy you're implying with this scenario, but I personally think the analogy made (if any) is comparing apples and oranges, or at best is too shallow.

They all see correctly for who they are with the sight that they are given. The problem, from a Christian's point of view, is what if it were a bomb instead of a flower? The nearsighted person or the color blind person might get it right, but what happens to the blind person?

The blind person is almost correct and others just see the flower the way they could look and comprehend in a facultative way.
The blind person is almost correct because he would have gone there and touched the flower to get the feel of it and express according to guess. If he guessed the color rightly or wrongly (again subjective) he would win the vote.
Moral: Everything we feel is abstract and there is no absolute in this universe.

The one with "normal" vision can still only see what the human eye can see. I understand that birds and insects have better eyesight. It's possible that there are colours that we simply cannot see. So the "normal" sighted person sees most correctly, but this may still not be correct.

Well I say the colorblind person, because light reflects off of objects, creating color. But in this case the person can not see the beams of color, and just sees the object.

The one who sees clearly is the one who does not make up stories but speaks what he sees.
The blind man may see the true flower. Yeah think carefully.
The one who sees may make up the color or texture of the flower to see what the others say. It is usually the ones who can see clearly who are responsible for "turning a blind eye".
