yes, go to wal-mart and you can by a transmitter that will do it wirelessly, or you can run your speaker wire to the aux jack of your stereo. Both pretty cheap methods. What is nice with the transmitter is you can hear the music on any of the stereos in range, so if you want to listen to it while you are in a bathtub, you can take a small radio in there, or in the bed room or in the laundry room.

Yes you can either use a long cord and hook the output from your computer to the accessory input on the receiver or use an FM modulator like the rest of us do and tune the tuner into the FM band and listen to all your music.
