I often feel that way...I think we can call it paranoia or even masochism.

I also think when we get a hint of either being watched or someone/ something in the room with us we automatically heighten our senses to sense if this might be true. Hense giving us that feeling of hairs standing up to sense it. Its actually a fight or flight mechanism our bodies uses...

specific I actual have had that feeling. each and every so often I see issues out of the nook of my eye too. Freaky. at the instant, my spouse has been finding corn in her footwear. No lie. It happened lower back in the present day. Freaked her out. the 1st time became into on Christmas Eve. She tried responsible me yet i became into as shocked as her. All the time. I don't know why this happens. It especially happens when I'm leaving a room and I just turned out the lights. I feel that someone is still in there. When I come up from my basement, I can sort of feel like someone is following me up the stairs, and I hate that feeling.

yes, I used to. I had my house blessed from my parish priest (not really for one reason in particular, just thought it would be good and its available to anyone), and I've noticed a big difference in your mentioned sensation and also other improvements within my family.

no..no not really. only sometimes if I hear a sudden noise when im alone do i get paranoid of that i am being watched....by something. :O
