To err is human, but it sounds like you could be stressed if you are forgetting things. Even though they are minor details, they can still effect the big picture.
Try making a list from A-Z, prior to starting a new task and check off each one as it's completed. Maybe this will help you with remembering.

I'm no mental health expert, but it sounds like you're fine. You should probably make a daily To-Do List for all of the little things so that you won't overlook them in favor of the larger items.

if you are focussed on all things then good for you, but most of us has too many things to focus at the same time, so try to concentrate on the important things first, and settle them before moving to the little, less important things
prioritise!! that's the way to go!!

my other half is like this-i love him for keeping it together-un like myself who gets caught up w/ the little things sometimes-so find someone who balances it out for you- and just make sure you don't miss out on the fun things!!!
