they assist pionts in the share market.. i need full details about shares and mutual funds right from initial stage to final state r they any books though which i can know about them.and know the procedure properly ....

Check your local (used) bookstores for books on finance, securities, stocks, investing, etc. The "~ for Dummies" Series has some good titles (stocks, investing, mutual funds, etc) or do a google on any of the above.
I studied for the SEC exams (through Series 7), but the textbooks were provided by my employer.
