All I have seen is a big increase in spouse visa prices, increases in tax money for the Mexican border when more people are coming over some being brought in by immigration border patrol vehicles themselves, and even more student visas being handed out without applying the new rules. If it is all about the money why don't they just say so and charge terrorists so much they cannot come in at any price?

INS didn't have a CHOICE in the matter, it was done, then TOLD about the move AFTER THE FACT. When you work for the Government, they don't ask what you want your department to be under they do what they want, then one day you show up and work and ::bam:: your moved to a new Agency Heading. Same job, new name.

It's Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. Their whole job in life is to prevent illegal imports and send people home that got into our country illegally. They have an important job, be sure 2 support em!
