"Odd" lies in the eyes and ears of the beholder. We in the US are allowed to do what we want unless it's illegal, and if one has a religious doctrine that adds to their rules, one wouldn't do some things. However it's up to the person what he/she believes in. One can always find people who believe their same beliefs. So in my opinion one can have a fetish if it suits them personally. It's not anybody else's job to "fix" someone who thinks differently than we do. We do well to control ourselves, let alone anyone else.

That is an abomination, a sin. This is what Jesus Christ wrote while speaking to moses:
Leviticus 20:15-16 (King James Version)
15And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.
16And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
That is really serious. You need mental help if you do that. And you would need Jesus Christ in your life (Romans 10:9-13).

Sex with a dead burning cat is nasty. Sheep are a different matter. Not weird at all. Dogs are also nasty, but only if you set them on fire. Non-flaming dog corpses are fine.
